These wonderful beads for the most part have been made locally in Devon. Two sets of 10 beads are made in America.
I know the lampworkers and Clay modellers personally and have in fact watched them grow in their chosen professions.
Judy Rogers (shown as JR alongside her beads) lives in a small hamlet not far from the shop and has shown myself and two of my beading tutors the works and we were spellbound by it all. I think we all came away wanting to beocme lampworkers.
Kate McDonnell (shown as KM alongside her beads) as a lot of people know is a lady who tutors here in the shop, designs many delightful projects and also when she gets a minute makes polymer clay beads. Kate gave me a lesson one day.............all I can say is wow! We spent the whole time making a leaf!
Jill shown as (J alongside her beads) the beads I felt worthy enough to sell.
